Cabwise is a driver tool that analyses incoming trip offers on your device and displays guidance (for example ACCEPT or DECLINE). Cabwise does not accept or decline trips on your behalf.
Cabwise processes trip offer information (such as fare and distance) on your device to produce a verdict. This processing is performed to show you the overlay and voice alert in real time.
We do not sell trip data. We do not upload full trip history or a continuous feed of your driver-app screen to our servers for profiling or resale.
To read offer details, Cabwise uses Android accessibility and on-device text recognition while you use supported driver apps. You control this by enabling or disabling permissions in Android Settings.
Where UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the app and subscription), legitimate interests (security and product improvement), and consent where required (for example optional permissions you enable on your device).

We keep account and settings data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. You may delete your account in the app, which removes associated cloud settings we control.
