These terms govern your use of the Cabwise mobile application and related services provided by Bellsle Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using Cabwise, you agree to these terms.

Cabwise provides software that analyses trip offer information on your device and displays guidance (such as ACCEPT or DECLINE). Cabwise is a decision-support tool only. You remain solely responsible for accepting or declining trips and for complying with your driver platform’s terms, local laws, and road safety rules.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You must use Cabwise only where permitted by law and by your driver platform.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information when registering.
Cabwise may require Android permissions (such as display over other apps, accessibility, and notifications) to function. You can revoke permissions in device settings, but features may not work without them.

Cabwise provides estimates and guidance based on settings you choose and information visible on your device. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or any particular income outcome. Trip information may be incomplete or delayed.
Cabwise, its branding, and software are owned by Bellsle Ltd or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app according to these terms.
Cabwise is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bellsle Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Cabwise is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or GBP £50 if greater liability is prohibited and no payments were made).
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
You may stop using Cabwise at any time and may delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
