Delete your Cabwise account

You can delete your Cabwise account and associated data we control directly in the app.

Steps to delete your account

Open the Cabwise app and sign in.
Tap Settings (bottom navigation).
Tap Account Management.
Tap Delete account.
Enter your password and confirm deletion.

What is deleted

Your Cabwise account (email and authentication record)
Cloud-synced driver settings stored under your account (for example £/mile targets and overlay preferences)

What may be kept

Google Play subscription and billing records — managed by Google; cancel your subscription in Google Play if needed
Support emails — if you contacted us, we may retain correspondence for a reasonable period
Local data on your device — may remain until you uninstall the app or clear app data

Retention

After you delete your account, we remove associated cloud data we control promptly. Backup copies, if any, are deleted within a reasonable period in line with our Privacy Policy.
